Premier Garage and The Tailored Closet is Hiring an Office Manager Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

Office manager Position.

We are looking for a person who wants to stay at our company and make it home. We are a flooring and cabinets company, and Your experience should be working as an office manager, so experience is required, but not necessary in the flooring and cabinet industry, however, would be an advantage. You need to ensure the smooth running of the office, you need to be a go getter, get things done and be a team player who is there to help get things done, and always work towards the betterment of the company. Talking with clients, vendors, crew, and sales consultants. Being organized and structured is a must, looking for the yes person, and not looking for the that’s not my job person.

Job description

Overseeing daily office operations.

Communication with department heads, crew, staff and working closely with the general manager.

Maintaining office systems and help create systems to smooth line operations.

Knowing how to direct the maintenance of an office.
Able to deal with vendors.
A simple want to help in any way for the betterment of the business.
Hard working but fun in doing so.
Complaining not an option.
Help to create a positive office environment.
Go the extra mile.
Able to work with sales staff so as to help business growth, help with good control systems to be able to help office and sales meet a common goals to help with the Companies cost saving and growth..
Understand that all positions in the company are important.
You must be strong but understand company structure.

Must be focused on getting your job done and be able to multitask.

I am looking forward to finding someone to join the team and help me clean up everything, so operations run smoothly.

You must be open to learning new things, and not be stuck in your ways and not be flexible, but at the same time with your experience help me get things inline.
